The Milwaukee Drivers Health and Welfare Trust Fund (“Fund”) makes every reasonable attempt to safeguard participant privacy. Except where required by regulation, court order, official authority or applicable law, the Fund will not make available individual participant information or data to any third party. Member understands, agrees and acknowledges that individual participant information or data collected will only be used by the Fund for internal purposes, including but not limited to, improving Fund services.
