The Plan offers dental benefits for active members and their covered dependents through the Plans’ Standard Dental Care Benefits and in partnership with Delta Dental of Wisconsin.
Highlights
You’ll pay lower, negotiated rates for dental services if you see a dental provider that is in-network. You may visit any provider you wish and receive some dental coverage; however, you will pay more to receive services from an out-of-network provider.
The Plan covers basic and major restorative services as well as routine cleaning twice per calendar year for you and your covered dependents. Refer to the charts below for a breakdown of what you’ll pay for dental services.
